We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
6. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
7. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Payments

1. Payments can be made using any of the following methods:

• Credit Card (using PayPal Express payment gateway)
• PayPal (through PayPal account)

2. All prices are in U.S. dollars. You still can pay in the currency of your own country, and PayPal will recalculate and send us U.S. dollars. 

Return Policy

Atlanti Group is confident you will be happy with your order. But we understand if you are not satisfied with our products or services and want a refund.

Please, be advised that digital merchandise or conducted services are not refundable, no exceptions. If you purchased a coaching service bundle or subscription from Atlanti Group, you may be eligible for a refund of unused portion of the bundle or subscription.

Easy unused subscription or bundle refund process:

1. Contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase.
2. If none of the calls were scheduled or conducted, you are eligible to a 100% refund less processing fee of $50.
3. If you have scheduled calls within 24 hours of the refund request, those calls may not be canceled and be charged in full at $199.00 per call per call since the bundle was dismantled. After this payment is subtracted, you will receive the remainder of the payment you submitted for subscription or bundle less processing fee of $50.
4. All calls that are scheduled within 25 or more hours of the refund request will be refunded in full less payment for any scheduled calls described in #3 and less processing fee of $50..

Easy partially used subscription or bundle refund process:

1. Contact us within 2 calendar days of last coaching call.
2. All conducted calls will be charged in full at $199.00 per call since the bundle was dismantled.

Refunds will be processes in accordance with PayPal policies. By purchasing our products and services, you agree to these rules.

Violators are subject to legal action and will be prosecuted under copyright and licensing laws.
4. Calls with Atlanti Group may not be recorded, reproduced, or used in any publications, including print, audio, video, or other media, for any purpose, whether personal or business. While notes may be taken during the calls, the recording and further use of the calls in any form are strictly prohibited. Atlanti Group reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity found violating this policy.

Submitting Your Information

1. If you wish to purchase Atlanti Group digital products or services, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. You must provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, and in no way false or misleading.
2. If you choose to use a workplace email address for your account or to access the website, then you are solely responsible for ensuring that you comply with the rules, policies, or protocols that apply to the use of your email address and your workplace facilities.

Giveaway Rules

While participating in a giveaway, please consider the following rules:
